Payment Options
AOE Healing accepts:
Self-pay (private pay)
A range of insurance plans (AOE Healing is currently only offering Self pay rates as we are in the process of being approved by various insurance plans).
Out-of-network benefits when applicable
Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits, including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance.
Self-Pay Rates
Individual Counseling (45–53 minutes): $100
Family Counseling (50–60 minutes): $120
Extended / Crisis Sessions (75–90 minutes): $140–$160
Parent Consultation / Behavioral Planning: $100
Sliding scale options may be offered on a limited basis when appropriate.
Workshops & Educational Services
Community workshops: $25–$75 per participant
Professional trainings: Pricing varies
CEU trainings (future): Market-based pricing
Cancellation & Attendance Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
No-show appointments will be charged the full session fee.
Appointments with arrival more than 15 minutes late will be canceled and charged as a no-show.
Insurance does not cover missed or late-canceled appointments.
